Preface
On January 10, 2025, all QCM employees went to Longtan Valley in Anxi County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province for a team-building activity. The purpose of this team building is to enhance cohesion and improve team collaboration capabilities, and also take this opportunity to review the 2024 plan for 2025.
Activity content
Longtan Valley is located in the mountains of Anxi County. We took a bus along the winding mountain road into the mountain. It took about an hour and a half to reach the destination. The temperature on the mountain will be several degrees lower than that at the foot of the mountain. But the low temperature cannot reduce the enthusiasm of colleagues. Everyone was attracted by the beautiful scenery of the mountain as soon as they got off the bus.
Schedule: Meeting in the base conference room in the morning - lunch - lunch break - experience base entertainment projects - tug-of-war competition - dinner - bonfire party - return.
This team building meeting is the focus of the activity, which makes us clear about the company's development strategy and future planning. QCM will continue to control key products, such as Magnetic Separator (bar magnet, grate magnet), Fishing Magnet, and Hook Magnet. We will provide customers with quality products and services, deliver products to customers promptly and ensure that products always meet high standards. QCM will also develop new products based on existing products, such as the magnet fishing series, which will launch a 360-degree fishing magnet and boss 360 magnet. ●Magnetic Separator： A magnetic separator is a device used to separate magnetic materials from non-magnetic materials in a mixture. It utilizes a magnetic field to attract and remove ferromagnetic (magnetic) materials from a mixture of solids or liquids.
●Bar Magnet: It is an important part of Grate Magnets. The standard product diameter is 25mm, and the shell is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel material. Its surface magnetic strength is 8000 - 15000 Gauss.
●Grate Magnet: It is fixed and formed by Bar Magnet and stainless steel plate, and then can be installed in the hopper, discharge port, and conveying pipeline to remove iron impurities from the material.
●Fishing Magnet(magnet fishing)： This product is suitable for Fishing Magnets, with built-in strong neodymium magnets, and Pull Force from 75 - 480 kg.
●Hook Magnet： This product is suitable for scenes with insufficient mounting points. It can be easily adsorbed on the metal surface and is not easy to fall off. The Pull Force is from 8 - 80 kg.
● 360-degree fishing magnet： A 360-degree fishing magnet is a powerful magnet used in magnet fishing, The "360-degree" term refers to the magnet's ability to attract metal objects from all directions, making it ideal for pulling up items regardless of which side of the magnet is facing down.

It is known for its powerful pull force, robust construction, and 360-degree magnetic coverage, making it a premium choice for retrieving metal objects from water bodies.
●precast concrete magnet： Precast concrete magnets are specialized magnets used in the precast concrete industry to hold formwork components together or position them accurately during the concrete pouring and curing process.
The entertainment activities in the afternoon immersed colleagues. Some high-altitude projects tested everyone's courage. The aerial cableway project required good teamwork. Some small leisure projects promoted the emotions among colleagues. The tug-of-war competition also brought the cohesion of various departments to the highest level. In the laughter, we cooperated and defeated our opponents. This is what team building taught us.
