FEATURES

This product is primarily used for fastening metal fasten eye nuts and eye bolts to fishing magnets. It is composed primarily of methacrylate and relies on the electrochemical activity of the metal substrate to cause fluid polymerization. This thread locker is removable, meaning that it can only be removed by manual or automatic force, with a normal release torque of 12-20 N⋅m. It therefore prevents each part of the fishing magnet from loosening under vibration, and ensures that the parts are securely fastened in place, even under frequent use.

Usage

Due to the electrochemically active nature of the Thread locker, the surface of the bolt must be cleaned before use for the full bonding strength to be realized. In addition, nuts and lock washers can be used with Thread locker to prevent loosening at the joint. Finally, care must be taken to avoid contaminating the entire Thread locker container with Thread locker that has been in contact with metal, otherwise the material in the container may polymerize.
