The customer wanted to improve the magnetic force of the precast wall production magnet because their precast plant had a new order for heavy concrete components. To obtain strong magnetic force, we need to change the magnetic material, that is, use high-grade NedFb material, such as from N35 to N45. In addition to replacing high-grade magnetic materials, the magnetic area can also be increased, which can also obtain greater magnetic force. Customers can choose the appropriate upgrade plan according to their needs and make the right decision in terms of cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
