How can individuals participate in the Canton Fair?
The primary method for individuals to participate in the Canton Fair is through pre-registration and the application for the Canton Fair Purchase Certificate. Pre-registration must be completed on the official Canton Fair website, where you will need to fill in your personal information and upload photos. Afterward, you should collect your admission certificate within the specified time frame. To apply for the Canton Fair Purchase Certificate, you are required to provide your personal ID card or other relevant documents.
The specific steps are outlined as follows:
Clearly define the purpose of the exhibition: Before applying, clarify your reasons for participating in the exhibition, such as product display, brand promotion, market research, or other objectives.
To log in, visit the official Canton Fair website. Look for relevant sections such as "Exhibitor Services" or "Application for Participation, and either register for a new account or log in to your existing account.
Please provide complete personal information as prompted by the system, including the company name, contact person, contact information, email address, and any other relevant details.
Please upload ID photos: Submit scanned copies or photographs of documents, including a copy of the company's business license and the legal representative's identification card.
Submit Application and Review: After verifying that the information is accurate, submit the application. The Canton Fair Organizing Committee will review it within 3 to 5 business days.
After your review is approved, you will receive a download link or QR code for your e-ticket.
Payment Fees (if applicable): Certain exhibition areas or special services may incur additional fees.
Please ensure compliance with exhibition regulations: Before participating in the exhibition, thoroughly review and adhere to the various regulations and precautions set forth by the Canton Fair.
