Production Process

 

First of all, to obtain ferrite magnets, you must go through different stages in the production process to ensure their quality. This process starts with a mixture of different metal oxides at high temperatures to obtain the ferrite material.

 

Once the ferrite material is obtained, the product will be ground into very small particles, so that each particle has a magnetic field. The powder is then pressed into a specific shape and dried. This makes the size even smaller and the geometric shape is achieved.

 

Next, in a vacuum environment, the obtained materials are sintered. To prevent the pieces from sticking together in the oven, we started to install some thin sheets that would act as separators. This process is very important because it directly affects the magnetic properties of the ferrite and may cause issues such as cracks, bubbles, and some deformation if not done properly.

Due to the strong attraction between magnets, we will use pads to separate the magnets from each other to prevent them from sticking together. Then, they are packed in white boxes, with a few pieces per box, and then placed into a carton.
