Application of magnetic chamfer strips in precast concrete production
The application of magnetic chamfer strips in precast concrete production is mainly to form chamfers when pouring concrete to protect the edges and corners of concrete parts and prevent them from being knocked or chipped during use. 1. Rubber magnetic chamfer strips: In the process of precast concrete, rubber magnetic chamfer strips can be used to generate chamfers. 2. The side of the iron anti-collision strip is provided with a groove arranged along the length direction, and the strong magnet is arranged in the groove and connected to the iron anti-collision strip through its own magnetism.
3. Iron chamfer strips/drip strips have high strength, are non-slip, and are not easy to deform. They are embedded with NdFeB strong magnets and can be accurately positioned at any position of the bottom mold or side mold. The chamfer strips can be reused, saving costs, and are extremely convenient in actual production use.
7. Magnetic trapezoidal strips: Magnetic trapezoidal strips are used to generate drip grooves during the precast concrete process. Due to the magnetic fixing effect, the trapezoidal strips can be placed at any position of the mold to produce a variety of precast drip grooves or component decorative patterns. The product specifications are upper bottom 12*lower bottom 16*height 10mm, the lower bottom is magnetic, and the product length can be customized according to customer needs.
