Method of testing the working condition of a Shuttering Magnet using a small tensile machine

Shuttering magnets are essential auxiliary equipment for precast concrete production, and their demand is increasing annually. Consequently, the market offers a wide array of precast concrete magnet products. With numerous brands available, users may find themselves perplexed. Typically, users consider factors such as pull-off force, material, surface treatment, and other aspects when making a purchase. How can one select a high-quality shuttering magnet and conduct regular tests to ensure its optimal performance?

A high-quality precast wall production magnet must meet specific criteria such as material composition, bending angle, surface treatment, and most importantly, ensuring that the suction force aligns with the product requirements.

In order to help customers clearly understand the information regarding the adsorption force of precast concrete shuttering magnets and feel assured, QCM technicians have developed a compact magnetic force testing instrument. This instrument is described as "lightweight, easy to use, and accurate, customers to test their precast concrete shuttering magnets. The purpose is to provide customers with professional data for reference when purchasing precast magnets and to allow them to periodically test the suction force of the precast concrete magnet post-use. This helps in evaluating whether there is any demagnetization of the precast magnets.

The abnormal state of a Shuttering Magnet and insufficient suction force may lead to mold shifting and slurry leakage in the production process, which can also affect the lifespan of the precast wall production magnet. QCM is committed to upholding the company's philosophy of prioritizing customers and striving for excellence as the primary goal to assist in the efficient production of precast components.

2, the oil pump tail screws screw loose or remove (exhaust air), the upper cover of the cylinder open.
3, the oil pump front pressure relief screw counterclockwise rotation, and then manually press the cylinder downward, the lifting ring can move downward.
4,Place the precast concrete shuttering magnets in the center of the workbench (you can use the hanging method of the lifting ring), and then tighten the screws of the open lifting ring.
5,After manually pressing the oil pump to make the precast magnets suspended, operate step 3 again, take out the snap (do not touch the precast concrete magnet) and press the precast concrete magnet switch down.
6, the display unit adjustment shows KG, peak press to PEAK, AUTO state, clockwise tighten the pressure relief screw, start to press the oil pump.
7, press the process of slow uniform speed operation, watch the display value, to 80% of the value after decelerating half the operating speed.
8,After reaching the peak value, the display will show the maximum value of pull-off, retain the test data.

Precautions

1,Above the lifting ring is the precision inductor, please do not collide or other external damage.
2,Ensure that the working table is clean and tidy, and apply oil to prevent rust.
3,When the oil pump is split, first drain the pressure before operation, to prevent the hydraulic oil from overflowing.
4,This equipment is precision testing equipment, pay attention to logistics and storage should be well protected.
