The Working Principle:

The magnetic grill is made of high-quality stainless steel pipe and high-B-value rare earth alloy NdFeB, and is made by special production method. And combine it on the fixed mechanism to form a magnetic grill. When the iron-containing substance passes, it is attracted by the magnetic rod, and the iron-containing substance is firmly adsorbed on the pipe wall to ensure the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product.

The Scope of Application:

Magnetic grill is mainly used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in powder, granular raw materials and liquid or slurry, and is widely used in ceramics, electric power, mining, plastics, chemicals, rubber, pharmaceuticals, food, environmental protection, pigments, dyes, electronics, metallurgy and other industries.

The Features of the Magnetic Grill:

1. The material of the shelf and pipe is 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.

2. The standard magnetic grill is made of metal grill and 25mm diameter magnetic rod arranged at a distance of 50mm from the center, and then screwed and assembled or welded.

3. The surface can be polished to meet the requirements of food or drug use grade.

4. Standard working temperature ≤ 80 °C, under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 °C.

5. Ordinary type, easy to clean type, with deflector rod or deflector plate type, square, round and other special specifications required by customers can be provided.
