1. Does QCM Company supply permanent magnets with standard sizes?

No. QCM accepts OEMs considering our many years of experience in serving our customers, because different have different requirements in grade, size, coating, tolerance, etc.

2. Can I have a free sample of your magnets?

QCM will provide a free sample if the sizes are in stock, otherwise, we will charge the sample cost which will be returned to our clients after the order is confirmed.

3. How long will it take to receive your price quotation?

Usually, it takes 1- 2 working days.

4. What is your lead time after I place a purchase order?

Usually takes 1 week for the usual size. If it is needed to make a mold, it may take a little longer.
