Custom Round Ceramic Disc Magnet
Our custom round ceramic disc magnets are available in custom shapes and sizes. They are made of ferrite magnets. They are black in color, hard and brittle, and break easily. They have an operating temperature of 80°C and will not demagnetize at normal temperatures. Higher operating temperatures can be customized.

Galvanizing |
The surface is silvery white, suitable for those who do not have particularly high requirements for surface appearance and anti-oxidation and can be bonded with general glue (such as AB glue) |

Nickel Plating |
The surface is stainless steel color, has a good anti-oxidation effect when left in the air, has a good appearance gloss and stable internal performance, and has a long service life. It can pass the 24-72 hour salt spray test. |

Epoxy coating |
The surface is black, suitable for harsh atmospheric environments and occasions requiring high corrosion protection. It can pass the 12-72 salt spray test. |

Gold plating |
The surface is golden yellow and suitable for crafts, gifts, and other occasions where appearance and visibility are important. |

Magnetization: Whether the product needs to be magnetized, in what way, axial or radial
High temperature: Confirm the maximum and minimum temperatures of the magnet working environment

Plating: What material is plated on the surface of the product, zinc plating, nickel plating, gold plating, black epoxy, etc?
Packaging: Are there any special requirements for packaging, paper, or wooden boxes?
