Product Introduction

The Mag Filter Grate comprises magnetic rods and frames welded together to form a sturdy one-piece unit, ideal for applications where particles are free-falling. These units can be mounted (or simply laid) in hoppers, outlets, conveyors, etc. to separate ferrous particles mixed with dry, granular or free-flowing materials.

Optional features:

1. Features: The frame and tube are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is good for corrosion resistance and does not pollute.
2. The standard magnetic bar is: D25mm, the length can be according to your requirement, and we can make it from 100-2500mm.
3. Surface Gauss: 10000-15000Gs.
4. Surface Finish: The frame and magnetic bar surface can be finely polished and seamlessly welded to meet food-grade or pharmaceutical applications.
5. Operating Temperature: Standard operating temperature <80 degrees Fahrenheit, maximum operating temperature 80-350 degrees Fahrenheit if required.
6. Size and Shape: Any size and shape, e.g. square, rectangular, round.
