Stainless steel magnetic neodymium rod grate

Grid magnets are an important solution for metal separation in manufacturing processes involving free-flowing powders and granular materials. These magnets are installed in gravity hoppers and chutes, drawers, casings, and buffer collection boxes to separate nanoscale particles from the processed product. Due to their customizable nature, the grids can be customized to a variety of sizes or shapes, providing flexibility for integration into a variety of systems.

These grids are ruggedly constructed, completely encapsulated in stainless steel, with magnetic rods consisting of neodymium magnets in a high-density magnetic field circuit, welded and sealed in SUS316 stainless steel tubing for a leak-free, watertight seal.

To increase the level of metal separation, double or triple lattice magnets can be produced to provide greater surface area and magnetic exposure. A wide range of magnetic strength levels are available.
